What A Surprise!
Cynthia McKinney plays the race card!
"Let me be clear. This whole incident was instigated by the inappropriate touching and stopping of me, a female black congresswoman," McKinney said. "I deeply regret that this incident occurred."
"Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, like thousands of average Americans across this country, is, too, a victim of the excessive use of force by law enforcement officials because of how she looks and the color of her skin," [said James W. Myart Jr., one of McKinney's lawyers].
Well, despite the allegations, I really doubt that it was the color of her skin that was the issue. However, if you were a police officer entrusted with protecting the lives of members of congress, would you be doing your job if you didn’t stop someone who looked like this:

Hell, this picture scared the cat, for God’s sake.
McKinney’s playing of the race card in a situation where she was so clearly in the wrong, makes a mockery of herself and her office. She should be ashamed. Or be put on medication or something.

“She should be ashamed.”
Cynthia McKinney is incapable of shame, he father taught her that. He’s worse. In another time and place both of them would be ignored, laughed out of town, or pelted with over ripe fruits and vegetables.
I hope she fights this thing tooth and nail. The public should have the opportunity to view the videotape of the incident, and if there is audio, to hear her exact words. Let the facts come out and let the American people see Congresswoman McKinney for who and what she is.
Everytime she opens her mouth I hear an idiot wind blowing. (HT to Bob Dylan)
