Canada is dropping out of the Kyoto Treaty

Peaktalk has a very thorough writeup. The Telegraph had another article up about it a few days ago. Bob Carter, writing in the Telegraph says that global warming essentially stopped in 1998. He's basing it off the actual records of the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia.
