The Washington Post has an article speculating that anger at Bush may translate to losses for Republicans. Well, it might, that's hard to predict. One thing for sure, congress as a whole, both parties, are not at all well thought of by the public. That is likely to have a bigger effect than Bush's popularity. "Throw the bums out" thinking would catch a few Democrats, too.
