This is bad news for all the folks in congress, Republican or Democrat. You're losing us.
PRINCETON, NJ — Public approval of the job Congress is doing has dipped to its lowest level of 2006, and is now the worst Gallup has recorded since the closing days of the Democratic majority in the U.S. House of Representatives in 1994.
According to an April 10-13, 2006, Gallup Poll, 23% of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing, while 70% disapprove. The current approval score is slightly below the 25%-27% range seen since January.
Might want to spruce the place up a bit, kids. Try actually working together.

“Try actually working together.”
That’s a good suggestion, but since the mid-term elections in 1994 when the Contract with America overturned Dem rule in Congress, the Left adopted the tactic of “Opposition and Obstruction.” It’s been 12 years and they haven’t budged yet.
BTW, I recall, in ’94 when the defeated Dem leadership walked out of Clinton’s White House on the day after the election, Brent Hume then a WH reporter, listened to the Dems talking points for a few minutes and then asked, “Is that the best you guys can do?”
Apparently so, and Dems haven’t learned a thing in 12 years either.
