		<description>[...] UPDATE: I just read a great news story in the KnoxNews in which it was reported that an estimated 20,000 individuals came together at a parade to welcome the troops home. (h/t Blue Crab Boulevard). I was pleased to read the story and it has gone a long way in helping me regain my faith in humanity. It is gratifying to see that there are good and decent people in this country who rather smile at a soldier with gratitude instead of spitting on him with rage and hatred as the &#8220;anti-war&#8221; students at Santa Cruz did. I hope that everyone who reads that story remembers that not all of our soldiers are home yet and if you can do just one thing to let them know you care and appreciate what they are doing for us - then do it.
