Either that or you're very well connected in your state. Unfortunately for the vicitm in this case, he lives in Maryland. Maryland denies your right to carry, unless you are very well connected with government officials. Maryland claims they deny this right for your safety. You must be conflicted by this concept Giaus, because our current administration likes to restrict citizen's constitutional rights in the name of citizen safety. In Baghdad you used to be able to carry a gun, but they just cancelled that, again for the safety of the citizens. At least now the evil doers in Baghdad don't have to worry about their victims being armed. In many, many cases those evil doers are employed by the Iraqi government. Same goes for getting on a bus, train, subway, or airplane. Then, there's the issue of restaurants, shopping malls, amusement parks, and schools, colleges, flight training programs, and ever so much more.
