    This must be the cloud-seeding, weather-changing stuff I’ve heard about on Art Bell’s radio show. In some parts of the world they think Russia controls the weather, but listeners of Bell’s show know it’s the U.S. government that does.

    It’s not only top secret and devious, it’s true! It must be, because I heard it on the radio.
