Protein Wisdom Still Down

Published by Gaius at 10:38 am under Blogosphere, Geek Stuff, Left Wing, Politics

UPDATE 6:59 PM: Protein Wisdom has had to move to a new site and purchase new defensive software. His PayPay address to help cover some of the costs of this scuzzy attack: proteinwisdom AT celluloid-wisdom DOT com. H/ T Patterico for this information.

Michelle Malkin reports that Jeff Goldstein's site, Protein Wisdom is still offline due to two separate DDOS attacks. This all started, of course, after he publicly exposed the disgusting troll, who was a psychology professor at the University of Arizona.

The troll, Deb Frisch, reports that she has resigned her position. Of course, she's the victim here. People "told on her".

white flag

I wrote some inflammatory comments at a blog by a guy named Jeff Goldstein called protein wisdom that infuriated many bloggers and commenters. Many of these bloggers emailed my boss at the University of Arizona to tell on me.

In hindsight, the things I wrote were over the line of nastiness. I apologize to Mr. Goldstein.

I have resigned from the University of Arizona so there is no need for other enraged people to write to administrators there.

Notice who is always screaming about being silenced - endlessly - versus who is actually being shut down? I have never heard of a left-wing site being shut down in this manner. Only right-leaning ones.

UPDATE: Noticing the sounds of crickets coming from the left side of the blogosphere is Confederate Yankee. UPDATE: For however long she leaves it up, here's Frisch's site. Read the comments if you can.

“I have resigned from the University of Arizona so there is no need for other enraged people to write to administrators there.”

She don’t get it; this is gonna follow her anywhere in academe she ever applies for a job for a good long time.

Because of her “bring it on” comments and the multipple DDOS attacks that followed, she has successfully accomplished two things: she’s delivered quantifiable proof that “Moonbat” is a deserved moniker, and turned (sometimes nutty; always provocative and erudite) Goldstein into a goddamn Blogistan rock star.

If I’m Kos, or any of the lefty bloggers who get talking head time from the MSM, I’d be worried as hell, because any producer worth a damn who pays attention to what goes down in BlogTown just found the perfect person to deliver counterpoint… and he’d eat them all for lunch by proving the nutroots are completely, screamingly insane in the brain.

Excellent point, TC. Goldstein would make them look foolish in record time.

Notice that it is only in “hindsight” this degenerate lunatic perceives her threats to the life and welfare of Goldstein’s child were nasty and “over the line.” How long she might have continued on with her crusade of vile invective before the limiting influence of self-awareness emerged, can’t be determined, other than to note it occurred only after her disgusting attacks were exposed to her academic colleagues and her employer. Now, to hear her tell it, she’s the victim.

Frisch can’t accept a difference of opinion, so she attacks a child. There you have it, the “liberal” mind at work. Yeah, “Tell it like it is, sister, speak truth to power.”

BTW, Frisch’s ideological handmaidens behind the DOS attack have not even the fig leaf of her disturbed mind, or her pathetic recourse to victimhood, to offer in defense of their despicable assault on the real victim here. Liberals are so Progressive.

So happy to see that she will no longer be earning a salary funded by us the taxpayers. She is still a raving lunatic, apologetic or not, who had the audacity to try and frame the issue as an attack directed at her.

I say good riddance and I hope that whoever decides to hire her in the future does an internet search - to get to know her better. Of course, once they get to know her they will have to continue the interviewing process with candidates who don’t stalk and threatened toddlers.

Frisch, verb, to publicly reveal yourself to be a raving lunatic with no morals who verbally attacks children.

Arizona psych professor threatens life of 2-year old child…

Again I have to wonder about the mental state of our friends on the lefthand side of the sphere when people publish comments that move from insults to threats against children. Protein Wisdom’s site is down, but the comments have been preserved….
