		<description>Aarrrgh! Just left a truly brilliant (sic), insightful (sic) comment and accidentaly deleted it. Anyway, it looks as if Lebanon, who stands on the precipice overlooking complete destruction, doesn&#039;t have a whole lot of room to be making statements like that. Had the Israeli army been turned loose and allowed to complete the mission they&#039;ve been trained for, Lebanon, as well as Hezbollah (because they have a parasitic relationship with Lebanon), would be in a world of hurt today as well. As it stands, Hezbollah lost over 25% of it&#039;s personnel and an untold quantity of arms and munitions. 

I still am not clear whether UN troops will have permission to protect themselves. If not, it&#039;ll be just a larger, more unwieldy UNIFIL. Huh!..just another successful UN operation.</description>
