Maybe when he used the word, "strategery", he was coining a new phrase. Maybe he knew that the Dems are really too dense to understand the difference between "tactics" and "strategy" (as I believe you pointed out, Gaius.) So, he invented a new word, so that they wouldn't get confused!! Isn't that nice of him, to "dumb things down" for the Democrats? Maybe Bush isn’t as dense as the Dems think.
