It doesn&#039;t make it a certainty. It&#039;s perfectly possible for weapons to be manufactured in Iran, then a few months later be on the black market, then a few months later in Iraq. The timing would be tight but not impossibly so.

BTW, was it an act of war against the Soviet Union for the US to supply the Afghan insurgents with Stingers, etc.? Just curious.</description>
