    There actually are carriers for sale you can buy. Granted most of them are 3rd or 4th hand but they are out there, at least two different ones I have seen.

    On I know for sure is currently owned by Brazil, and it’s a small escort carrier that was built and used by the UK for a number of years, was sold to Brazil, and is now so old even Brazil doesn’t want to use it anymore.

    But it’ll still cost you several hundred million to purchase.

    That and a REALLY big bathtub.
