Border War
A unknown number of armed men crossed into the United States from Mexico and overran a US Border Patrol entry identification team on Wednesday night. The team, made up of National Guard troops was forced to retreat from the post, but none were injured. Border patrol spokesmen are not saying if shots were fired.
The Border Patrol will not say whether shots were fired. However, no Guardsmen were injured in the incident.
The Border Patrol says the incident occurred somewhere along the 120 mile section of the border between Nogales and Lukeville. The area is known as a drug corridor. Last year, 124-thousand pounds of illegal drugs were confiscated in this area.
The Border patrol says the attackers quickly retreated back into Mexico.
AllahPundit has video (so does the original link). Now about that fence. Critics say we shouldn't build one. Perhaps they're right. It's looking like time to build some forts instead. Allah asks why the unit retreated. How much do you want to bet they were ordered to pull back and refused permission to return fire? I got a five here.

Thinking out of the box; with Central America supporting more dictators, including Cuba next to our Southern Border; would the US even think of invading Cuba and Mexico. Forget the fence, let’s annex Mexico for our Security. We add a 52nd state like Puerto Rico…………
