Isn't this deal the same deal in 2000? The one setup by Clinton's people? Only diffence now is NK has more bomb making stuff and has learned lessons from it's bomb test last year. Not a bad move on NK's part. Now they get oil and they were able to advance their bomb technology. Only freezing the technology, no roll back. Looks like a win for NK. Ummmm.
