First, the Porta-pottie dealer offered to buy it since his business would improve the smell of the place. Then, a refugee wild bore company frum Cumbria offered to buy it as a refuge for American-born bores. He also thought the place would smell better after he took control. Finally, an organic foods company offered to build a store to sell fruits and nuts to the fruits and nuts. Business is good.
