Didn’t see Nessie when we were driving up past the loch in ’01, but did have two military jets come over low enough to almost put us off the road. Locals said the pilots were training for low-level manuevers and would alternate between valleys, so as to keep the complaints down. Scared the wee out of us – and I’ve lived outside of airports my whole life.
Love that the photo used is known to be a fake.
