No?? Silly me! Who in their right mind would have even entertained the thought that there were 4million dollars worth of migrant worker children in? Where in the heck is the agriculture and fishing industries in DC? The only thing they grow there are over-priced, corrupt politicians! I’m sure that once the Washington DC school system is apprised of this error, they will rush to give it back! No?? Silly me!
