		<description>I can see where this can be a headache for mom &amp; pop businesses. It will be interesting to see how  customers react to the tax. The timing of the tax is very poor from a politcal standpoint, as elections are held just days after Halloween. We should move the income tax deadline from April 15 to about Nov 1.</description>
