My son suggested that the real conspiracy is the belief in the conspiracies. The government is secretly spreading conspiracy theories to make us all think that they are sufficiently omniscient and omnipotent to pull this off. That way, they get the fear and obedience from the populace without having to do the work of actually micromanaging a 9/11-type attack.

and most everyone is sure the rise in gas prices is one vast oil-industry conspiracy.

So why haven’t the Democrats investigated this this obvious conspiracy against the “little guy” that they so dearly represent ?

Because even they know it’s not true, or is it that they represent the “rich”. Oh, it both.

If a pollster called me I either wouldn’t pickup or quickly end the call.
My opinion of the type of people who respond to polls or who conduct polls is not very good. I have never met a person who was polled or would admit to it but I can imagine a high response by conspiracy theorists to a pollster.

I’m still trying to understand why so many living in freedom actively migrate towards nanny statist governance. Now the double whammy is that all these people who need to rely on the government to care for their every need are most likely the very same conspiracy theorists who believe the government is out the get them.
