Edwards may well be right. Isn't that what the Democratic Party has been choosing with greater and greater frequency over the past few years? Isn't that what a lot of Americans chose in 2006 when they handed Congress to the current crop of angry and confrontational majority Democrats? On the other hand, it's possible that voters might just look at what "angry and confrontational" has actually accomplished over the last year (very little) and decide maybe that wasn't the way to go and shouldn't be for the future. I'm not going to predict it either way - too many variables for me!
