Nonetheless, I'm blankety-blank stunned that any political body in blankety Calif would even entertain such a proclamation.  It's nothing short of, blankety-blank amazing.  Blank.  I'm  sure the  blankety So Cal ACLU (led by Ramona Ripsten who  IMHO is milky in the filbert) will be seeking and injunction by the end of the day.When the big quake sinks So Cal into the sea, maybe South Pass will be the only part that floats.
