This is a replica of the 1873 Colt Single-Action Army, more commonly known as the Peacemaker.

    Nice. I love antique guns. I’ve always been fond of the Navy Colt, and I’d love to own a wheellock pistol.

    But it is really nicely balanced - and it takes cartridges instead of being a cap and ball pistol, like the 1858 is. The original-type post and notch sights may be interesting to get used to, though. I’ll try it out later today.
