Hopey-Changeying Of The Guard?
Is it the end of the Clinton era in politics? Adam Nagourney thinks it might be. That spells more turmoil for the Democrats.
“There is going to be a new set of people running the show,” said Simon Rosenberg, the executive director of the New Democratic Network, a political action organization not affiliated with any candidates. “The Clintons and their allies have been running the show for 16 years. You’re going to see a new generation of political leaders coming to the fore. It’s going to create an upheaval.”
Gary Hart , a former Colorado senator who ran for president in 1984 and is supporting Mr. Obama, said: “At least half the Obama administration, if he is elected, will be people in the White House for the first time: cabinet members and senior appointees.”
In other words, people with as light a resume as his lightness himself. Think about that for a moment. Done cringing yet? It is not a comforting thought, given the world we live in.

change. everyone is afraid of change. it leaves a nice jingle ing sound in your pockets.
The news media are just starting a new push to make everyone believe Hillary is finished so that it happens that way. Hillary ain’t quitting yet. Good for her.
And to think, it was not long ago that most sane Americans couldn’t imagine anyone worse than an annoited Hillary Clinton as president of the United States.
Today I kinda feel sorry for Hillary; just goes to show that Liberals will stab their own mothers in the back if it means on step closer to the VIP room.
What I cannot understand is how Americans still consider the Democrat Party better on most issues than Republicans; the entire Democrat party is full of really ugly Ugly particualrily since the price of things have gotten worse since 2006.
"In other words, people with as light a resume as his lightness himself."
This is simply a repeat of the first Clinton Administration. I read Colin Powell’s autobiography and one of the things that he points out that he really detested about the Clinton White House before Powell retired was that the administration was full of young people who had very little real world experience who were issuing orders to much more experienced people. Much of the time they had no idea what they were talking about.
Pooor Hillary. Try a shot o’ crown and a Budweiser.
