    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Our politicians, and particularly the Black Robed Thugs, have forgotten that this refers to _direct_ benefit.&#160; Not the wistful benefit that &quot;what helps one helps all&quot;.Did you know that Andrew Jackson loathed it when the Post Road Committee spent money on roads that didn&#039;t benefit more than one state?&#160; It&#039;s one reason that he didn&#039;t really support Johnson for president.&#160; Long Ago&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Old Hickory achieved maximum RPM&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
