Danger, Will Lefterson, Danger
Despite the left’s vicious attacks, despite the media’s full frontal assault, there is one undeniable fact: Sarah Palin is real.
She is very, very good.
No identity politics, no gender politics. She is real. She is giving a great speech. This is why the left and their pals in the media are going all out trying to destroy her.
They are – rightfully – afraid of her.
Right now Memeorandum is dominated by left-leaning trumpeting over a supposed open mic gaffe by Peggy Noonan. She is rebutting that (possibly edited) tape. Noonan disputes this.
Regardless, Palin is doing very, very well with her speech right now. I think people are going to like her.
Which would be what the left is afraid of.

As one of the pundits said on the channel I was watching, “She hit it out of the park! She may have even hit it out of the county!”
I agree. I especially liked the lines, “I guess being a mayor is sort of like being a community organizer – except you have actual responsibilities.” Way to go, Sarah!
