A couple rushed to their swimming pool to investigate a loud splashing noise only to find that a cow had burst into their garden and taken a plunge.
The intruder had broken through a hedge at Mark and Zoe Ryder’s home and dived in for a swim, tearing right through a cover which had been placed over the pool.
As the rest of the herd watched on, Mr Ryder and two friends tried to coax her out of the water by lassoing a rope over her head and steering her towards the steps.
Cows can’t resist showing off their diving skills. As we here at the Crabitat have documented before. The Ryders are lucky they had a pool or they might have had a new hood ornament.
