The Wonderful Wizard Of O
In which reality strikes some people in the face.
But the sad truth is: he is refusing to take any responsibility for his clear refusal to fulfill clear campaign pledges on the core matter of civil rights and has given no substantive, verifiable pledges or deadlines by which he can be held accountable. What that means, I’m afraid, is that this speech was highfalutin bullshit. There were no meaningful commitments within a time certain, not even a commitment to fulfilling them in his first term; just meaningless, feel-good commitments that we have no way of holding him to. Once the dust settles, ask yourself. What did he promise to achieve in the next year? Or two years? Or four years? The answer is: nothing.
Where have we heard that before? Oh, yeah.
Some of us have been pointing out for quite some time that Obama is all form, no substance. A mellifluous voice and airy promises. Great with a TelePrompTer, incoherent without. Narcissistic to the point of pathology. An utterly sophomoric view of diplomacy and how it actually works. For speaking that truth to power, we have been called racist and worse. Often by you.
Welcome to reality, Andy.
Here’s what is behind that soothing, dulcet-toned voice full of promises of hope and change, winner of a Nobel Peace Prize for accomplishing nothing whatsoever:
(Ever notice how much an O looks like a zero?)

If Obama had to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, he’d have little or nothing to say. The man’s a fraudulent human being, stem to stern, his shady past, his currently unfulfilled promises, and his un American vision of the future mark him as lacking nearly every good quality indicative of an honest and forthright leader. His election was a travesty of representative government and clear proof the watchdogs of democracy now feed from the hand of the tyrant.

OK, elect someone who’s a product of the Chicago Machine, then act all surprised when he acted like a product of such.
Damn, some people ARE truly stupid.
