Inappropriate Affect – Again

Robert George (from NBC Chicago):

After news broke out of the shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas, the nation watched in horror as the toll of dead and injured climbed. The White House was notified immediately and by late afternoon, word went out that the president would speak about the incident prior to a previously scheduled appearance. At about 5 p.m., cable stations went to the president. The situation called for not only his trademark eloquence, but also grace and perspective.

But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a “shout-out” to “Dr. Joe Medicine Crow — that Congressional Medal of Honor winner.” Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?

The men and women killed and wounded at Fort Hood are the responsibility of the President of the United States, their commander in chief. I did not know about this particular chapter of the story until I arrived home tonight.

I’m appalled. These are his troops. This is arguably the most important role the president plays, constitutionally-speaking.

That Obama did not know enough not to do this is bad enough. But even his advisors appear to be clueless. I’ve pointed out inappropriate affect from Obama before.

Might I remind also (and sorry but my own blog site was hacked a couple months ago or I’d offer you my post of this) when abortionist doctor Tiller was killed and two recruiters were gunned down, one killed, happened in a short span of time of each other.

Obama made a lengthy statement on Tiller.

Just a handful of disconnected statements for the two soldiers gunned down outside the recruiting station.

Tiller’s murderer was a white guy the MSM tried to pass off as some right-wing, Bill O`Reilly driven monster.

The shooter/murderer at the recruiting office was a … Muslim.

Oh, and …. by the way…..

That guy was not a Congressional Medal of Honor winner. He won the Presidential Medal of Freedom, awarded by Obama himself, which is a civilian award that has absolutely no military connotation whatsoever, as opposed to being the absolute highest commendation for courage and valor in combat service.

But I guess it’s all the same, right? I mean, minor details, c’mon. They’re all just hunks of metal, I suppose.

Again…. and again….. and again…. just imagine for a tenth of a second if Bush had done this.

Obama made two factual mistakes, first, obviously, Crow did not receive the Medal of Honor. Secondly, the Medal of Honor is not “won”. There is no contest, no winners, no losers. He, if it were true, would be the “recipient” of the Medal of Honor. Again, Obama reveals his total lack of anything military.

Obama is President of the 57th State which upholds Harvard Constitution and where NY Times/WAPO unnamed sources.

And, the 57th State is at war with the Untied States of America.

If you want to win the war then end tenure and the enemy will be unable to destroy freedom.

    All joking aside,

How on earth did Harvard Law school graduate a student who thinks there are 57 states in the union?

America’s greatest problem is the Ivy-Inbred Professors who are indoctrinating stupid.

Once again please ponder this, a Harvard Law school graduate thinks there are 57 states in the US of America.

The “one” was just a bit confused. There actually are 57 states. Its just that they are in the Islamic Conference, not the United States.
