Saving And Creating Jobs In All 57 States!
There’s one problem, though: There is no 9th Congressional District in Arizona; the state has only eight Congressional Districts.
There’s no 86th Congressional District in Arizona either, but the government’s recovery.gov Web site says $34 million in stimulus money has been spent there.
In fact, Recovery.gov lists hundreds of millions spent and hundreds of jobs created in Congressional districts that don’t exist.
In Oklahoma, for example, the site lists more than $19 million in spending — and 15 jobs created — on Congressional districts that don’t exist. In Iowa, it shows $10.6 million spent – and 39 jobs created — in non-existent districts.
In Connecticut’s 42nd District (which also does not exist), the website claims 25 jobs created with zero stimulus dollars.
Presto! It’s magic, I tell ya! Creating completely fictitious jobs with no outlays at all! Genius.
At the rate the Obama administration is imagining or inventing jobs, there will soon be full employment for all Munchkins, Erewhonese, Lilliputians and Morlocks! Thank heavens for fictional salvation.
Of course, we inhabitants of non-fictional space here on Earth will still face the growing unemployment, staggering economy and general unpleasantness of the real world.

Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear from this Administration, or from Democrats in Congress, or from their assorted lap dogs in the print and broadcast media.
The disconnect between what they say and what they do would make the likes of Baghdad Bob blush with admiration.

Even if they are fictional Congressional Districts, why are all these stimulus dollars going to Congressional districts where nobody is paying any income tax?
All of the Obama administrations prevarications on so many issues cause me to think they would say next that they didn’t raise our taxes, it’s just that our money finds Form 1040 kind of, well, attractive.
