The Obama Incentive Program
Andy McCarthy at NRO explains the seriously twisted incentive program Eric Holder and his boss, Barack Obama have now unveiled for terrorists: Kill lots of Americans and win a great set of rights.
If we are at war, and the Attorney General said this morning that we are, we have to treat it like a war. Pressed by Sen. Graham this morning, the AG could not name a single time when, during war, we captured an enemy combatant outside the U.S. and brought him into the United States for a civilian trial — vesting him with all the rights of an American citizen. That’s because hasn’t happened. That’s not how you treat wartime enemies.
Further, if we are going to have military commissions at all (and Holder says we will continue to have them), it makes no sense to transfer the worst war criminals to the civilian system. Doing so tells the enemy that they will get more rights if they mass-murder civilians.
Legal rights and protections, access to American security secrets, massive media attention, excuse-mongering by American media and who knows what else will be given away in this psychotic incentive program.
We will all pay dearly for this blatantly idiotic decision.
KSM and his cronies are not criminal defendants, they are illegal combatants, completely undeserving of any civilian rights under any circumstances. Especially when real and lasting harm can and will be done to this nation by granting those rights.

This is directly on Obama’s head. Holder did not make this decision.

Anyone looking at this without preconceived notions would assume Eric Holder is obviously a Muslim working to free KSM, Obama too. It’s the only answer that readily explains all the facts. Holder didn’t made this decision, Obama did, he’s the only one who could have, and to pretend otherwise is the mark of an idiot, or a liar. Think not?
Ask yourself if Nidal Hasan would have approved of Holder’s “decision.” Or imagine how Osama bin Ladin reacted when he heard the good news.
Is bin Ladin jumping up and down shouting, Right On! Or is he grimly denouncing the greatest terrorist victory imaginable?
Terrorism seeks publicity beyond even the blood of innocents, in fact innocent blood is the coin terrorism uses to buy publicity for their cause.
Focusing the spotlights on KSM in his bully pulpit under the bright lights of NY City directly in the shadow of the Twin Towers is a propaganda victory of unimaginable proportions, thousands of times greater than the destruction of those towers and the murder of 3000 innocent lives.
No, this is not the decision of an American Attorney General, this is the act of an accomplice to terrorism. It shows that Barack Obama sees himself is at the very least a Muslim sympathizer, either that or an outright SoA.
