A disclosure – I live in a town with a major university that has a Presidential library. My brother is a police officer with nearly 20 years of experience. On occasion we have been visited by sitting/former Presidents for major events. My brother has always been impressed by the thoroughness of the Secret Service, which he has had close dealings with.

The notion that the Secret Service suddenly screwed up to this magnitude in this case is not credible.

It’s pure speculation on my part, but I’ll bet that Michaele and Tareq Salahi were actually invited to the event. However, given the absolute incompetence of the Obama Administration someone forgot to tell someone else, and now the event is being blown out of proportion to save the necks of those who screwed up. I think that the Secret Service is being made the fall guy here by the Obama Administration. You gotta love the leak by the anonymous Homeland Security official about the Secret Service being “completely embarrassed”. Don’t believe for a minute that the Obama Administration spinmeisters are not twirling at warp speed right about now!

Think about it – this is the same bunch that is hip-deep in 9/11 Truthers and folks who cannot be bothered to pay their own taxes. The same bunch that ran up more debt then all other US Presidents combined. The same bunch that cannot cobble together a coherent strategy to achieve victory in Afhganistan. The same bunch that has driven unemployment to nearly 11%. The same bunch is still struggling to fill judicial vacancies and mid-level positions in the various bureaucracies even though they have a 60-vote majority in the Senate and a bevy of “moderate” Republicans who will vote for anything in the name of bipartisanship. The same bunch that never heard of ACORN even though Obama once worked for them.

Which is easier to believe – that the Secret Service is suddenly stuck on stupid after years of flawless service? Or the Obama Administration screwed up again?

In fact, campus liberals have on multiple occasions tried to prevent her from speaking, or tried to shout her down, even tried to throw a pie in her face.

But, if many more party crashers make it past security at the White House, liberals just might wish they had listened, but just this once.

I know if I was a SS Agent I would have made it a point to “fail” already.

Just throwing it out there. Although I suspect the SS men are a highly trained group of men [and women?] full of integrity so it is likely not a possibility, but…

Seems like I read somewhere before the election that a group of SS men were going to quit if bho got elected. If I had any idea where I saw that I would post the linke.

Then, it’s on to Stockholm, where he gets to try to explain to us and the world what in hell he has remotely done to deserve the Nobel Peace Prize. (Sorry, the NoBush Peace Prize.) That should be an interesting speech.

Ya think his polls here at home are gonna suddenly reverse themselves and soar to the skies in the aftermath of that??

And that’s just the first half of the month. I haven’t even mentioned him now smothering Christmas with his ego.
