Writing, Wall, Some Assembly Required

It remains to be seen if the ghastly trio of Reid, Pelosi and the Wizard of 0 can actually manage to figure out how to put the simple construct together.  Beau Biden, son and presumed heir to the family seat in the Senate (when did they become hereditary?) has been able to put the pieces together. He has scuppered plans to run for his father’s former seat.

Vice President Joe Biden’s eldest son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, dealt another body blow to the flailing Democratic Party on Monday, announcing that he will not run for the Senate seat long held by his father.

His excuse, that he needs to stay as attorney general to prosecute a suspected child molester, is ridiculous. He knows that he would be in an uphill fight in this atmosphere.

If the VP’s son doesn’t believe the Wizard of 0 can magically protect him and elevate him to the Senate, how rational would other, less-connected Democratic lawmakers be to trust in the Wizard’s magic?

This is a very, very big deal. They are in real trouble.
