ObamaCare Repeal Passes In House

Yeah, I know it will be blocked by Reid in the Senate. But it passed – with three Democrats joining the Republicans to pass it, 245 to 189:

House Republicans passed a bill to repeal President Barack Obama’s health care plan Wednesday, taking their first major step toward rolling back the massive overhaul that has dominated the American political landscape for almost two years.

The vote was 245 to 189, and unanimous GOP support gave the vote the same partisan feel of the March vote to pass the law, underscoring once again the hardened political lines of the health care debate. Only three Democrats backed the repeal, a smaller number than Republicans had once predicted.

An important first step, but only the first. Republicans must not let up on this, no matter how much the Democrats and their fellow travelers in the media smear them. ObamaCare will crush this nation’s future. Get the facts out to the public, reveal the ugly truth that is being hidden behind the very, very few sugarplums the Democrats are willing to talk about.

By all means, let Americans see what’s in ObamaCare. No harm in that, right, Democrats? But talk about it all, not just a few things that poll well in focus groups. All of it.

One Response to ObamaCare Repeal Passes In House

  1. Tully says:

The repeal passed by more votes than the ObamaCare monstrosity did like a couple of dozen more. And a plurality majority of the 57 50 states is suing to have it struck down.

Some of us would call that a hint.
