According to the Daily Caller, a new book says that Obama personally disdains Mitt Romney:
“When he talked about Romney, aides picked up a level of anger he never had for Clinton or McCain, even after Sarah Palin was picked as his running mate. ‘There was a baseline of respect for John McCain. The president always thought he was an honorable man and a war hero,’ said a longtime Obama adviser. ‘That doesn’t hold true for Romney. He was no goddamned war hero.’”
Erm, neither is Obama. So, by Obama’s logic, it’s OK to disdain him. We can live with that.
Frankly, I don’t believe Obama has ever had any respect for any of his opponents. He’s simply too self absorbed. It’s likely different this time because Romney’s hitting back – and landing blows.
Unless there is massive voter fraud, I see 0bama being crushed in the neighborhood of 57-43. I can’t wait to see his reaction to having his skinny butt kicked out of office.
Seems pretty simple to me: Obama’s lived in the world of the far left his entire life. Romney is a a walking stereotype of everything he’s learned to disdain: the rich, religious, successful White capitalist. It’s like waving red in front of a bull.
That sums it right up, doesn’t it?
