Holy Smoke

Okay, there are reasons to worry about the election. But I don’t think there’s any reason to think that the choice of Paul Ryan will dampen enthusiasm. You have to see these pictures from Manassas, Virginia. That is a huge crowd – and this for a bus tour stop.

The above post was found over at Robert Stacy McCain’s, where he has a report from the rally. This was a very big response to a short notice visit.

Ever get the impression the polls are not at all accurate?

Just let’s not get cocky.

I was very surprised, heartened and encouraged by the turnout.

Part of the reason is because I thought The Base wanted Rubio for VP. That’s what polls have shown all along.

The crowds have to be worrisome to the obama campaign. It will be interesting to see how the media downplays the crowds.

The media will studiously ignore the R-R crowds. Just as they’ve completely ignored the tiny turnouts for the 0ne.
